Publishing House Research
is an enterprise of information professionals specializing in researching the publishing industry. We conduct research customized for your needs. We deliver information to support your decisions. We serve executives, CI professionals, speechwriters, librarians, suppliers, distributors, retailers, et al.

Publishing House Research is run on Quaker business principles.

The director of Publishing House Research is Steve Greechie. He holds an MBA from New York University's Stern School
of Business and an MSLIS from Long Island University's Palmer School of Library Science. After working for several years in the Corporate Affairs Business Information Center of The McGraw-Hill Companies, he founded Publishing House Research in response to the need throughout the publishing industry for custom research. He's worked extensively for Morgan Stanley Information systems, supporting the company's Investment Banking Division.

Mr. Greechie has been published in The Journal of Business & Finance Librarianship, Online, Federal Librarian, Information Online, The Boston Business Journal, Architectural Record, Broadside (American Library Association) and several other periodicals. He contributed to The Core Business Web, which Library Journal selected as the best business reference book of 2003. His book on the arts is published by Rowman & Littlefield.
